Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Thank you for choosing Milwaukee Vein and Laser Center as your medical and cosmetic provider. Please review our cancellation and missed appointment policy to ensure that we can continue to give you, and all of our patients, the best possible patient care.

We have a cancellation and missed appointment policy that allows us to schedule appointments for all patients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to treat another patient.

Our Policy
Milwaukee Vein and Laser Center will reserve your appointment in person or through telephone. Our office will confirm your appointment by phone 2-3 days prior to your scheduled visit.  In the event that you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please give Milwaukee Vein and Laser Center a 24-hour notice so we can offer your cancelled time to another patient. If we do not receive a cancellation phone call from you, we will consider the missed appointment a no-show appointment, and we will submit an invoice to you.  This invoice is not covered by insurance and cannot be deducted off your total treatment price. We will not bill you if you arrive for your scheduled appointment. Your phone call is critical in helping us provide excellent, quality care to all of our valued patients. If you fail to give us proper notice to cancel your appointment, the following policy will be applied:

VASER liposuction consultations, VASER liposuction procedures, Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA) procedures, Vein disease history and physical exams, Ambulatory phlebectomy procedures, and all Sclerotherapy procedures:
  • A $50 fee will apply for missed appointments.
All other Milwaukee Vein and Laser Center appointments (including, but
not limited to, follow up appointments, hair removal, Botox, fillers,
etc):
  • A $25 fee will apply for missed appointments.
